Description

Small but critical: this groove pin locks the planetary/drive assembly to the mixer shaft so the beater is driven firmly and wobble-free. Replacing a bent or sheared pin restores solid, reliable mixing.

Install notes

• Unplug the mixer; work on a padded surface
• Support the planetary; drive the old pin out with a small punch
• Align holes and tap the new pin in until seated flush—don’t overstrike
• Inspect the planetary and shaft holes for elongation; re-grease if opened
