Carl W Glendale , AZ June 27, 2015 Appliance: Model 110 27422600 It would act like its out of balance on the spin cycle even with no water or clothes in it no one had the answer even local repair people untill i found a youtube on out balance on spin cycle REPLACING THE SUSPENSION PADS AND REPLACE THE BALNCE RING EVEN IF MY DIDN'T LEAK ANY FLUID OUT OF IT... IT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, IT WORKS BETTER NOW THAN IT EVER DID, THE ONLY THING I COULD COME WITH IS THE MANUFACTURE PUT THE WRONG BALANCE RING IN IT TO START WITH... MY IS A 400 KENMORE TOP LOADER, IT IS THE EASIES WASHER I HAVE EVER TAKEN A PART.. I WISH CARS WERE THAT EASY... IT TOOK ME OVER A MONTH FIGHTEN THIS PROBLEM UNTIL I FOUND IT ON YOUTUBE... I replaced the worn leveling feet with new leveling feet from appliance parts pros and now the excessive shaking has stopped. Used an adjustable wrench to take the old feet off and replaced them with new ones. Made sure rear legs had lithium grease applied ran a load of wash very little Vibration nothing compared to before legs were installed and balanced the machine with a level. Matthew D West Middlesex , PA January 14, 2019 Appliance: Roper Washer RTW4340SQ0 Base supports and legs were rusted and broken I ordered a Base frame assembly and front leveling feet along with locking nuts. I removed the broken parts by putting the washer on its' side and I removed the bolts on the bottom of the back panel and removed the motor and the transmission. I installed the new feet onto the new base frame and i slid the new frame into place and then I reattached everything.
