Whirlpool WP1163283 Refrigerator Mounting Screw OEM Part

I simply removed and replaced the bake element and light bulb. The only difficulty I had was working around the open oven door. I relied on the Appliance Parts Pros videos for procedures on how to do this safely and correctly. I would not have attempted this repair without the videos. The only problem I had was the $5 screws ($10 for the two I purchased) were not the same type as the original scews and they did not "grip" the oven wall properly so I had to re-use the original screws which were slightly stripped. I would like to mention that when I called to order the parts I was helped by Robin who was extremely polite and professional. I will ask for her the next time I order from APP.
