Bridget R Colorado Spgs , CO September 07, 2025 Broken suspension rod Remove top lid panel and splatter shield. I didn't need to remove the back panel on my model. Used pliers to lift the old rod up and out. Did one rod at a time. Watched several videos so it went quickly. I've done 2 loads now and the machine has stayed in place. Be sure to balance the machine prior to that first load. I also replaced rubber pads on the interior housing. These provide bumper between the tub and housing walls.
