Quick shipping, easy repair.

Due to unknown cause, while cooking dinner one evening, the front glass of the oven completely fractured. Sounded like a small gunshot then there was glass everywhere. Internet search showed that this seems to be a common problem. Repair was straight forward. Ordered new glass door. Searched Youtube on how to remove the door from the oven. Laid the door on a blanket on the floor and disassembled to access front glass. Removed all the remaining pieces of glass from the door; there are four (4) lengths of adhesive that secure the glass to the door front that took some time to clean all of the glass fragments off. Then laid the new glass in the door and reassembled. Installed door back in oven and cleaned up all the remaining glass fragments from the floor. Majority of my time was spent just removing and cleaning up all the glass fragments. The tempered glass breaks into what seems like a thousand pieces.

Very simple - finding the correct parts was very. One of the cleaning products was no longer available, and rather than finding out after the order shipped, I received an email from a customer service representative the next morning informing me the product had been discontinued! Then, the balance of what I had ordered was received in 2 days!! I was pleasantly surprise and will keep the website address handy for my future appliance needs!!
