Ann S Washington , DC April 20, 2017 The two sections of my agitator kept separating & a new screw wasn't the answer but When the drum finally started to list during washings, I knew I couldn't keep screwing the two parts of the agitator together as a temporary fix anymore so I called a technician who promptly and erroneously told me that the entire unit would need to be replaced. This didn't seem right so I checked online and found APP. I'm very thankful I did. The videos, instructions, and parts made the repair possible. With my uncle's elbow grease (taking the old agitator out was no picnic), we were able to replace the old agitator and this 22 year old machine is humming like new again. Thank you APP! Read More...
