Description

This washer agitator is the central wash-motion component. It mounts to the drive hub and churns laundry through water and detergent, restoring proper turnover when the original agitator is cracked, stripped, or missing.

• Creates the back-and-forth wash action that moves clothes through the wash water

• Disconnect power and shut off water before servicing; wear cut-resistant gloves
• Remove the softener dispenser and cap, then the center bolt/retainer; pull the old agitator straight up
• Align splines and seat the new agitator fully; reuse existing bolt and cap unless damaged
• Do not overtighten the fastener; run a short test cycle to ensure proper agitation
