I ordered part from Sears but they never delivered. Cancelled order with Sears, ordered from APP and was sent part within 24hrs by fedex for less than Sears charged. Will only go APP and would recommend APP to everyone. Using the video I easily replaced the part and our washer is back in business! Thank you APP!!!!!
