John R San Diego , CA August 06, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool 27" Built-In Electric Double Oven Convection - Upper Oven Self-Clean (Gold Line GBD277PDT09 F2 e1 error code on whirlpool gold self cleaning oven After determining that the manufacturer's suggestion "Keypad cable unplugged" (Error code F2-E1) was not the problem, I replaced the Control Panel Assembly which included a new keypad. This fixed the problem. delivery of the new Control Panel Assembly was really FAST. The installation was easy. My final step will be to paint the new Control Panel to match the existing oven color.
