It's the Oracle of Delfi of the modern age, except right more often. After I attached a power cable, which it didn't come with, the push buttons didn't work and displayed a trouble code. I googled the trouble code along with the model number and the solution came up in .01 seconds. It said that the panel was shorted out and to replace it. I googled the part number I found when I removed the broken one, and appliance parts pros was the least expensive. Shipping was SO FAST! I love that the site has pictures if the parts, that gives me confidence that I'm ordering the right part. A few screws and a plug later, the new panel was installed and works perfectly.
