Whirlpool WP4452315 Door Glass Panel Asm (Stl) OEM Part

Took door off, used website to identify broken part, purchased, received in 2 days - and then fixed it. Took less than 2 hours of my time total including cleanup of broken glass.

Ordered replacement front panel (arrived next day!) transferred handle and brackets from old door to replacement and reinstalled. Pretty straightforward, but took extra care to not break the glass on the new panel. Used blue loctite on handle screws and snugged them down instead of tightening them up too much since the glass panel is sandwiched between the handle and the brackets. One crack and the entire panel shatters!!!

I watched a You Tube video on how to remove the door, which was easy. With only having to remove 4 screws was able to remove the front panel. 4 screws hold the handle on, remove and reinstall on new door. Remember not to torch the screws to tight, thats how i broke the glass to begin with. Reattach the new panel. I ordered the panel and arrived in less than 24hrs.

I ordered a new part and was able to replace it. Very easy fix.

I removed the door. Disassembled and cleaned all the components. New replacement glass door assembly arrived in two days, excellent delivery! Reassembled the door using the new glass door assembly. Reinstalled the door. Had to rely on internet for instructions. Could not find instructions that were applicable to my repair. At the end things worked out well.
