Description

This refrigerator ice auger sits inside the ice bin and rotates to move cubes or crushed ice toward the chute. Replacing a worn, bent, or stripped auger restores smooth, consistent dispensing performance. What it does:

• Rotates inside the ice bin to feed ice toward the crusher and dispenser chute
• Helps deliver either cubes or crushed ice depending on the selector
• Common symptoms: dispenser motor runs but no ice comes out, weak/intermittent dispensing, frequent ice jams, or grinding noises from the ice bucket

Install notes:

• Unplug the refrigerator before servicing; remove and empty the ice bin
