Description
This lower roller axle is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in dishwashers. The lower wheel axle is part of the lower wheel assembly that guides, the lower rack in and out of the dishwasher for loading and unloading. Normal wear and tear over time can cause the roller axle to become dry and crack or possibly break off the wheel. If the axle breaks, the wheel will fall off the rack and make it difficult to slide the rack in and out of the dishwasher. A missing wheel will also make the rack unlevel and hard to load. If the axle has broken off or is damaged, it should be replaced. No tools are necessary to replace the axle. Open the dishwasher and slide the bottom rack out. Lift it out of the machine and set it on a cabinet for easier access. If the axle is damaged, pull the wheel and axle off the rack and then pull the broken axle out of the wheel. Push the new axle into the wheel and snap it back on the rack. Put the rack back in the dishwasher and close the dishwasher.This is a white molded plastic roller axle that is sold as an individual unit.
