Monica B Oakes , ND April 16, 2017 Appliance: Model MAYTAG NEPTUNE 5500 Front washer baffle had screws rusted off in it Ordered new baffle and the proper screws with help from appliance parts pros. Took washer apart. Removed soap dispenser cover, washer door, front, lifted top lid, removed seal to be able to access area to get screws in and tightened with a wrench. This part wasn't the easiest as there wasn't much room for my hand(s) to fit in, but just took my time and got it done.
