Description

This drum baffle mounts inside the rotating drum and lifts items so they tumble evenly through the cycle. Replace a cracked, loose, or missing baffle to reduce noise and restore consistent tumbling performance. What it does:

• Lifts and separates laundry as the drum turns for even tumbling
• Helps prevent clumping that can lead to poor results or longer cycles
• Maintains balanced drum movement; damage or looseness can cause rattling or scraping
• May help if items aren't tumbling well, you hear thumping, or garments snag inside the drum

What's included:

• 1 drum baffle

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing; for gas dryers, also shut off gas. For washers, turn off water supply.
• Open the door and rotate the drum to access the baffle's mounting screw(s).
• Remove the screw(s), disengage the baffle from its slots, and lift it out.
• Seat the new baffle in the slots and secure with the screw(s). Hand-spin the drum to confirm clearance before use.
