Paul S Sioux Falls , SD March 03, 2017 Appliance: Kenmore Washer 11049962603 F20 code also not dispensing fabric softener or bleach and a baffle missing I had watched a couple videos on line, and it gave me separate answers for the f 20 code and a different answer for the problem of not dispensing the fabric softener or bleach. (these were NOT videos from AppliancePartsPros.com) I found the water valve at appliancepartspros website talked to a customer service agent who helped me find the correct baffle and ordered the a water valve and a baffle. She thought that the water valve might help the machine dispense correctly, after I told her of that problem I was having also and letting her know I had cleaned it out. She was right and everything is working fine. I appreciate how courteous and helpful she was and love the prompt delivery I got it the very next day! Read More...
