Broken bake element

The first one shipped by Appliance Parts Pros was scewed so badly that it would not lay flat. After reporting the problem, a second one was sent. I was told they did not have another one is stock so it was a complete surprise when we received an email informing us that another one would be delivered in 3 days. Installation was simple by following the video on the web site.
