Amy B Kuna , ID December 30, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer LSR6132HQ1 Off balance It was recommended that I replace in the inner tub because the old balance ring was causing major balancing issues. I ordered the inner tub and the spanner wrench. They arrived they day after Christmas and I was able to do the repair the next Monday. The only problem was the videos and online help said the tub should easily pull up after the spanner nut was removed, but the years of gunk and crud accumulated around the drive shaft acted like a super glue and I had to read several online forums and try just as many tactics to free the tub.
