The Silverware Basket is an OEM component specifically designed for Whirlpool dishwashers. Located at the bottom outer edge of the tub, the silverware basket provides designated silverware basket dishwasher spacing to properly clean utensils away from other dishes.
Composed of crisscrossing finger prongs attached to a reinforced circular base, the basket holds forks, knives, and spoons upright safely in place during wash cycles. Its lightweight plastic construction flexes under pressure without breaking or cracking.
