John S Santee , CA May 21, 2019 Appliance: KitchenAid 5 Quart Stand Mixer KSM500OB0 Motor was fine, but the worm gear was stripped and not working to spin the mixer. Also the mixer had no accessories. I ordered the worm gear online with replacement Food Grade Grease and the mixer bowl, cap-hub, paddle, and dough hook. It took longer to disassemble the mixer than replacing the gear. Once all the old grease was cleaned out and new grease replaced; reassembly went very quick and smooth.
