Description

This 5-rib poly-V drive belt transfers the motor's power to the appliance's drive system so the drum or basket turns smoothly. Replacing a stretched, glazed, or broken belt restores proper rotation and reduces slipping and noise.

• Transfers motor rotation to the drive system to spin or tumble the drum/basket
• Provides the necessary friction grip across pulleys; a worn belt may slip under load
• Typical symptoms: squealing or chirping, burning rubber odor, slow or no spin/tumble, visible cracks or fraying
• Intermittent movement at startup can also indicate belt wear
