Lou W Cambridge , NY June 10, 2016 Dryer belt broke Happened on a Sunday...Sunday night I actually was talking to customer service with you guys...not only was the rep very friendly and personable but was confident in ordering me the correct part...said it would ship the following morning and it did...arrived in 2 days with standard shipping...amazing! The link for installing was generic so I struggled with that cuz my dryer was completely different but s call back to CS gave further suggestions! ?? Got it done!
