Carl D Freddricksburg , TX September 28, 2015 Appliance: Model 106.51132210 Needed another bin for the refrigerator door Found a knowledgeable qualified agent at AppliancePartsPros.com that found the upper and lower door bins were not correctly illustrated...In fact, they were opposite...a Whirlpool mistake...The top bin 13 on the drawing was actually the lower bin part number, and the lower bin 4 on the drawing was actually the top bin part number...With that little effort, paying attention to detail of the description of the size of the bin, the agent/tech ordered the correct lower bin for me...When it arrived, it was a simple matter of installing it in the door...I spent several days with Sears Parts, local Sears store, Whirlpool, and a big run around...With a clue from a parts search blog, the AppliancePartsPros.com tech discovered the problem in a short time, and ordered the part for me...Thanks, AppliancePartsPros.com...for doing an excellent job...For further appliance needs, I will definitely contact AppliancePartsPros.com first... Roberta B Klamath Falls , OR October 19, 2015 Appliance: Model 10651783410 Wanted an extra door storage bin for my kenmore refrigerator I Called Sear rather than order on line and told them exactly what I wanted "the narrow bottom bin". They sent me the larger gallon bin and charged me almost $10.00 to return the wrong part and said it would be another $10.00 return fee. Rather than chance getting the wrong bin again, we went to AppliancePartsPros.com and found the same bin for HALF the price. The salesman on the phone said if it is not the right bin they would pay for the return shipping and make it right. If they can pay for return shipping to fix their error why can't Sears. I will never order parts from Sears again. I highly recommend AppliancePartsPros.com. PS The bin was identical to the one that came with the refrigerator originally.
