Dale C Brockport , NY March 15, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher KUDD01DPPA1 Replaced pump rotor and pc board The PC board was bigger than the original so had to modify the mounts, the pump and rotor are pretty straight forward but would have much easier with another pair of hands. It took about 2 hours start to finish. One and a half days to get the parts, fantastic service. A new dishwasher is $1300.00. the parts were $314.00, so more than worth fixing. Rebecca S Liberty , TX July 23, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher KUDD01DPPA0 My kitchenaid drawer dishwasher was draining continuously and flashing an error code I looked online and the code indicated that the flood sensor was activated. I tried drying out the pan under the bottom drawer and that stopped the flashing and the draining temporarily, but it started again after the next load of dishes, and this time wouldn't quit. I replaced the main board which was located under the bottom drawer. It was a pretty simple fix, just a tight space to work in. I'm tiny and my husband is not, so I was the one in the space replacing everything and thankfully it didn't need a lot of muscle! Basically snap cover off, remove three screws, unplug the old board, replug the new one, replace screws, replace cover and BAM! Dishwasher is working like new.
