Gary C Memphis , TN August 25, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDI230B0 Two small brackets on the door of our very old ketchen aid dishwasher had broken Put on the two new parts that stop the dishwasher door from going too far down when you opened it allowing the racks holding what had just been washed to come very close to falling out on the floor. I never thought you would not have what I needed to repair this twenty plus year old dishwaher. The young lady who answered the phone when I called was extremely courteous and helpful. When I explained my problem she had it figured out in less than a minute which to me was amazing. I got the parts in five days and put them on in about four minutes. They worked perfectly.
