Greg H Mesa , AZ September 07, 2020 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JS42SEDBDA Ice not dispensing from Jenn Air frig. Two plastic parts were broken. Parts were the lever within the plastic dispencer (called Center Strike), as well as the dispencer housing itself (called the Fountain Bracket). Replacing the two parts has the unit working again. Very reasonable price, and the video on Appliance Parts Pros available to show how the unit was removed/installed (video was specific to spring replacement, but this also shows how the housing is removed).
