Description

This auxiliary surface burner head mounts over the orifice on your gas cooktop/range and distributes gas through precision ports for an even flame. Replacing a clogged or damaged head restores fast ignition and consistent heat on the small burner. What it does:

• Distributes gas through ports to produce a stable, even flame on the auxiliary burner
• Interfaces with the igniter electrode for quick, reliable lighting
• Common symptoms of a worn/clogged head: burner won't ignite or clicks without lighting; weak, uneven, or yellow flame; delayed ignition
• Helps restore proper simmer performance after corrosion, warping, or blocked ports

What's included:

• 1 auxiliary burner head

Install notes:

• Shut off gas and disconnect power; allow the cooktop/range to cool completely
• Remove grate and burner cap, then lift off the old head; clear debris from the orifice and around the igniter (do not enlarge burner ports)
• Position the new head over the orifice and igniter; align locating features and seat fully; if your model uses screws, tighten them evenly without over-torquing
• Reinstall the cap and grate, restore gas/power, and verify even flame and normal ignition
