Karen W Hillsboro , OR June 14, 2022 Appliance: KitchenAid Gas Cooktop KFGS366VSS02 Sadly user error/I used easy off oven cleaner to clean my burner heads. The appearance & texture were destroyed I ordered new ones. It was expensive but I didn't want to risk bits of corrosion near my food. I did need to have my husband drill a slightly larger hole in the large central burnr-head, apparently the design changed, but that was not difficult. The tiny hole just right of center (as pictured above) needed to be 9mm. The best part of this whole story was your service. You guys are amazing! You always have what I need. I received this very quickly, unexpectedly quickly! I'm 7 months into huge kitchen repair (pipe burst in November '21) and we finally got word they are ready to reinstall the stovetop.
