Description

This surface burner head distributes gas to the flame on a gas cooktop or range burner. Replacing a worn or clogged head helps restore even flame, reliable ignition, and consistent heat on the affected burner.

• Channels gas from the orifice through burner ports to create a uniform flame pattern under the cap
• Works with the spark electrode to ignite the gas
• A damaged or clogged head can cause: burner won't light or only clicks; uneven/yellow flame; weak or low heat on that burner
• Carbon buildup or corrosion on the head can lead to delayed ignition

What's included: 1 surface burner head. Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off gas; allow the surface to cool completely
• Remove the burner cap; take off the old head and retain any mounting screws
• Align the new head over the orifice and spark electrode; seat flat and secure
• Clean burner ports and cap before testing for a steady, blue flame
