Timothy K Sarasota , FL July 16, 2021 Appliance: Model MRT118FFFH00FFH Maytag not cooling in top freezer or bottom fridge I watched a YouTube tutorial on "fridge's not cooling". A few troubleshooting ideas were discussed, one of which was to replace the "device start" and "run Capacitor". I probably only needed the device start but decided to purchase both through "AppliancePartsPros.com" for a total of $134. Delois L Macedonia , OH August 03, 2020 Required a new starter kit for my upright freezer! Had a representative from Whirlpool came in and did a consult. He verified what the problem was and what I required to do the repair. He then suggested that I go on E-bay and order the necessary parts that I required. He also told me that I could do the repair myself. So I went online to e-bay, which I am sorry to say turned out not to be my solution, while online I came across Appliance Parts Pros.com. I ventured into that site, and low and behold they had exactly what I needed, right there in plain sight, no complications no worries, but me being an optimist. I still prefer one on one consults. So I put the items in my cart and waited until the next day, to contact a live operator, I did not write down her name, but she was courteous, professional and I received my items in record time, and I am happy to say problem solved, Appliance Parts Pros.com will be forever my go-to site for parts. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Oh, I forgot the prices are noncomparable.
