William M Long Key , FL September 28, 2015 Fan motor on dryer wasn't working Accessed fan motor and spun it by hand to start it ran fine once started. Looked at the start capacitor and it had split so I ordered a new capacitor. It arrived in two days and I installed it and motor started and ran fine. No heat so I opened the thermostat access panel, reset the thermostat and everything worked perfectly. Closed up the fan motor and thermostat/heater access panels and stacked the dryer back on the washer. Everything is working correctly so back to my real job.
