Raphael F Lawndale , CA December 20, 2016 Appliance: Model GH5184XPS4 (WHIRLPOOL MICROWAVE) Filter was dirty for the microwave preventing air from circulating throughout the unit I replaced the screen filter (by sliding it to the rear), and then removed the filthy charcoal filter. Then I slid in the new charcoal filter and replaced it with a new screen filter. I repeated the other side. A piece of advice: the screen filter (silver one) comes with one per unit, where as the charcoal filter came with two per unit. If I had known, I would have purchased one charcoal filter (as two come in a pack). In a way it was a win-win situation because I now have a charcoal filter for next time it needs replacing:) Thank you.
