Nathan S Salt Lake City , UT January 19, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDU02FRSS1 Water leaking from the area proximate to the motor I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. Since I'd ordered the volute and impeller seal kits (as I wasn't sure which it was) I installed both while I had it apart. Runs great, no water - simple to do. The seal changes took about 20 minutes. The only real time spent was removing and re-installing the dishwasher from the cabinet.
