John R Reno , NV May 29, 2016 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL LXR9445JQ1 I tried to wash two pillows and when they got out of balance i dislodged a balance ring clip The balance ring clip fell between the drum and the plastic tub. I watched the step by step video, went out and bought a tub ring tool to remove the tub ring nut and did not find the clip. I disassembled the machine further reviewing the video again. In the end the machine must have been apart before and there were 3 clips missing total. I ordered 8 new clips and replaced them and reversed the procedure to reassemble the machine once again watching the video putting the machine back to better then the condition I was using it in. Somewhere along the way the one clip I dislodged fell on the floor during the repair. By the way, you say fast shipping. I had the parts in 24 hours flat. It seemed like I clicked order and there was a knock on my door with the parts. I don't know how I got the parts so fast but good job on that. Already ran 3 loads of wash to test it and it runs better now than it did before I screwed it up. Thanks John R.
