My order came the next day :) All parts were in stock and came clearly labeled and orderly packaged. Within 10 minutes my dishwasher was back in business and I was one happy camper. I would order from here again anytime and attempt to fixt the issue myself. For the wheels, I just popped the 2 old ones off with a screwdriver, and popped the new ones on. Same with the 2 clip tines, very simple and easy. Just pulled the old ones off, and slipped on the new ones. The total job took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Even though it was simple and easy, I still watched the videos on both.....because, why would I not watch them?
