Gary B Hamilton , OH April 07, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Top Loading Washer LAT8026AAE Lip seal was leaking oil which is at the part of the transmission housing shaft. I emailed appliancepartspros.com with what my problem was and they informed me what was wrong they gave me a part number to order, tools needed and a brief explanation how replace the seal. they also have online video's for different repairs. I watched the video for lip seal(part # 207843) replacement.I also had to remove the brake assembly in order to replace the seal so I watched that video also.
