Rebecca H Antioch , CA July 06, 2015 Appliance: Model AP5331851 The grill broke off the clip was only secured with a plastic connector we didnt know what to do kept it balanced in place for 3 years Found the website and the replacement part by accident when searching for a motor for a dishwasher. decided i was DONE attempting to balance the broken vent. (kept falling off into my food at the most embarrassing moments - ie: when guest were over). found the proper part ordered it shipped out and replaced same day. hardest part was . . . there were parts I could NOT figure out how to use or install. I found the instructions difficult to read / see (poor photo copy) . . . needed to wait for my husband to see if he could figure it all out any better than I could. FYI: he didn't have any additional insight - so I installed it myself (I was afraid he would break it again if he continued to man-handle it) lol WHEW! now we have a complete microwave that is safe for children to use Read More...
