Jim T Richmond Hill , GA December 13, 2014 Appliance: Model JENN-AIR SVE47100B, PN AP4094119 "burned out" electronic control board 2000 jenn air sve47100b (fri dec 5th 2014) Tried surfing the web for a new control board or a substitute as a replacement. I wasn't able to find anything, most all sites indicated the control board was unavailable. I sent an email to customer, AppliancePartsPros.com on Sunday Dec 7th explaining my problem. Monday morning I opened my email & to my shock there was an email from Jordan, he had answered approx. 4:30 AM explaining he would try & help. Tues. the 9th, Jordan sent an email saying "your in luck" giving me an email address on how to order. I ordered the part, Thurs. the 11th I received part, installed & WOW! fixed. An AWESOME experience. Huge kudo's to Jordan & Appliance Parts Pros. Jordan is a great asset to the company. I went from no oven to full oven operation 4 days. Unheard of.
