Valerie B Kilbourne , IL January 18, 2016 Appliance: Model MAYTAG CENTENNIAL MVWC425BW No water I initially replaced the water inlet, thinking that may be the problem because we have a lot of lime/hard water in our area. The water inlet did not fix the machine. After that, I called and spoke with a customer service person. He was able to help me troubleshoot and diagnose the next possible cause. I ordered the control board as he suggested, and the machine is now working like a champ. The repairs were rather easy and not very time consuming. The part came with complete instructions, including how to recalibrate the machine.
