Lee N Harrisburg , PA September 04, 2016 Appliance: Jenn-Air Self Cleaning Slide-In Downdraft Electric Range SVE47600WC The oven would not heat and an f5 error code was displayed After looking at AppliancePartsPros website I called and spoke to Joyce for technical advice and ordered an electrical control board part # W10757086 and it was delivered by FEDEx the next day. This board was located on the back side my slide-in range so I pulled it out from the wall unplugged the power cord and removed the cover panel to access the defective part. There were about 14 wires connected to it so I held the new part next to the old and transferred the wires one at a time. It took me about 2 hours but some of that time was for cleaning my 19 yr. old range up a bit. Initially I considered buying a new stainless steel version range but could not rationalize the 3k cost. The replacement part was $284.92 total plus a couple hrs. of my time.I am very impressed with this company and have recommended them to a couple of my friends already.
