Terry W Corsicana , TX July 10, 2016 Appliance: Maytag 30" Built-In Electric Oven Self-Clean Non-Convect MEW5530DDB17 Wall oven digital display went out after power surge Well I got the model number, put it in Google and this site came up, I either chat or talked to a nice lady that emailed all the control board info , I ordered the part, slide over out 4 screws later lid came off, the part I ordered was the exact part I needed, so I switched the control board and it worked. Only thing that was not clear is that it seemed the digital display was a different part which was the front panel, I almost ordered the front button panel cause it seemed that it had the display in it, I was happy to see the control board actually had the display in it and the front button panel does not, in case someone has a surge in future.
