Whirlpool W10838692 Electronic Control Board OEM Part

I watched the AppliancePro.com video showing how to replace the interface on a washing machine and I applied the similar principals to the repair on the dryer. It took me an hour, mainly because I was not able to figure out how to release the old dial section clips from the front panel. Once I figured it out, I had one more problem.....how to install the new interface into the front panel. I finally figured out that I needed to hold the dial section with my left hand on the front of the panel while depressing the back of the dial on the new interface until the clips snapped into place. It was extreme;y simple, once I discovered the method. It would have been extremely helpful if AppliancePartsPros had a video on-line showing how to accomplish this repair.

Went to appliancepartspros.com and looked for a problem close to the one I was having, I did not see anything close enough to my problem so the option of contacting a Tech with a question was used. They email you when the tech has answered your question, not being comfortable with the answer I decided to call with my phone in hand and my tablet logged into their site so I could go thru the parts drawings. I spent a good twenty or so minutes speaking to a Tech and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions he put me on hold and asked the other techs there. I ordered the part installed it and powered up fine. A++ for the professionalism displayed by your techs.
