Description

This control panel is designed to control ranges and ovens. It monitors the temperature, displays the cook time remaining, shows the clock, and allows users to adjust element temperature for the cooktop and the oven. It contains no moving parts, but heat, moisture, and everyday use will eventually cause it to fail. Signs the control panel needs to be replaced include partial or no information displayed on the screen, an inability to control cook time or temperature, and a lack of functionality overall. To replace the panel, first disconnect the oven from the power, then remove the front cowling and the side panels. This component is located beneath the element controls, so the entire section of the oven must be disassembled to access it. Always wear gloves when working on the oven.This is a genuine OEM part.
