Brian B Springville , UT March 24, 2014 Appliance: Model I DON'T REMEMBER AND I'M NOT WHERE I CAN GET IT F-11 failure code on Whirlpool Duet type washer. We had a repairman come three times to correct the problem but he never was able to fix it. I went online and googled F-11 failure code and the You Tube explanations were very helpful. I just unplugged each connector on the old control board and re-hooked each connector in its respective site. I marked each wire as I unplugged it so as not to mix them up (there are about 12 connectors) The washer has worked perfectly ever since. John B Frisco , TX December 23, 2017 F 11 code and dl code Ordered a new ECB and wiring harness. I installed the new ECB in about 45 minutes then tested the machine before opening the wiring harness box. The ECB appears to have been the problem as we have run 8 loads of wash without an issue.
