Description

This is a control panel that is used on many ovens. It is an interior part located near the buttons a user can press to turn on the oven, change the temperature, and select cooking methods. The control panel is the component that controls the oven based on which buttons are pressed. It includes a small display screen that shows the temperature, time, or error codes if a part of the appliance is not working correctly.It's important to be sure the range is unplugged before replacing the control panel. A Phillips screwdriver can unthread the screws holding the rear access panel. Pull the panel down and note where the wires are connected to the damaged control panel. Remove the old control panel and position the new one before securing it with screws. Replace the wires on the correct terminals before tightening the screws and replacing the access panel. Turn back on the power and push back the oven before use.This is a genuine OEM replacement control panel used for a variety of Whirlpool ovens. It is sold on an individual basis.
