Mitchell E Miami , FL October 09, 2015 Appliance: Model KHHC2090SSS-0 Error code f2 q1 (touch fmea) I replaced circuit board W10116267. I had to remove the door and then take the door apart to get to the board. You need a torx T-10 to remove the screws. Take photos as you take it apart just in case you forget how to put it back together. Thomas C Phoenix , AZ September 19, 2014 Microwave stopped working and would just beep over and over Before it stopped working I was giving it a face lift. Just purchased the home and liked the microwave, but had dents and deep scratches. Replaced the main front stainless steel panel and one side panel. In the process the glass in the door fell and exploded on the stone floor. So, new glass as well. The home warranty people never showed up so I researched the problem and seemed like the Control Board was the problem. In the process one of the very thin wires going to the door broke and had to solder together. Well, I installed it and voila it worked and still does. Hurray!!! TIP: The screws are all a small driver type and strip very easily. I replaced them all as I went with phillips head screws. Much easier to work with.
