But after the swap, the machine was acting crazy. Andrew Cook, one of the AppliancePartsPros pros was a great help. He sent the manual, helped find error code. It was determined it was the processor. Swapped that puppy out and it was good to go. I need to confess. At first I went cheap and purchased from some other guys that have no live assistance but a chat. They also will not refund your money. This cost me an added week of troubleshooting because they sent a cheap counterfeit that I thought caused the issue. These guys at AppliancePartsPros go the extra mile. Andrew Cook sent me follow-up emails and phone calls until the issue was resolved. These guys are truly pros! And they are available 24hrs !
