Whirlpool WPW10308315 Control Board OEM Part

The control board went bad. replaced it now it is working fine. parts pro was very help full with the problem. they were quick on sending the part to me after they received it from there supplier.it arrived in time so we were able to cook easter dinner. it was very easy to in stall.

Found fault code with on line help. Could not figure out which part so I chatted and they told me which part I needed. Ordered and within 2-3 days I got part. Watched the video and put part in. I'm an old woman and the hard part was matching holes to put the metal shield on back of stove Saved lots of money from service call and days from repairman showing up has to order part and then come back to install. Just remember old dogs can learn from your videos and do the job

I watched the videos, ordered the parts and replaced them in about 10 minutes. Everything works fine now.

I called Sears where we had purchased the stove and got someone who couldn't speak English. He was no help. I called Whirlpool and they said I should "contact a service person". Finally, after going through several other internet attempts, I found AppliancePartsPros.com. The nice lady that I spoke with actually helped me to diagnose the problem and then sent me the repair part. I told her we couldn't afford some overpriced repairman and she assured me it was an easy fix that I could do myself. She was right and the stove now works fine. Thank you so much.
