Diane O Weaverville , CA April 15, 2018 Appliance: Model WGF505M0BSO Oven stopped working Our oven went out because of a power failure while the oven was on. I purchased an ignitor from a local repair place but it still would not work. We were told it could be the control panel. We ordered another ignitor just in case and also the control panel. We put both parts in, turned on the gas and electric and the oven came right on, I am a very happy wife. This company is great, they are not only fast on shipping, there customer service is very concerned about your identify when you order by credit card. I called as requested to let them know that it was, in fact, me that ordered it and the verified my address and credit card.
