Description
This electronic oven control board (MRC2) manages oven functions and provides the user interface for gas ranges. Replaces a failed control to restore display, cycle selection and oven heating control. What it does:
- Controls oven bake, broil and timed cycles and communicates with the front control panel
- Manages user inputs from the touchpad/display so settings register correctly
- Regulates electronic oven functions so the unit heats according to selected modes
- Commonly replaces a board when the display is blank, buttons are unresponsive or oven won't run proper cycles
What's included: One electronic oven control board (MRC2) — board only. Install notes:
- Disconnect power and gas supply before starting any repair
- Replace the board with the exact part number and transfer any connectors or mounting hardware as necessary
- Handle the board by the edges and avoid static discharge; do not touch circuit traces or components
- After installation, verify proper operation of controls and safety functions before regular use
